3. Account Registration
Each player may maintain only one account at BitStarz Casino. Multiple accounts are not permitted. If you have lost access to your original account, please contact our support team before creating a new registration. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances merged into the primary account or forfeited where fraudulent intent is detected.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account. BitStarz Casino will never contact you to request your password.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. We do not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit is C$20 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are subject to network minimum transaction amounts.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Minimum withdrawal amount is C$30 for fiat methods. We reserve the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account standing, verification status, and bonus activity. VIP players may qualify for higher withdrawal limits through their account manager.
5. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 40x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to 40x wagering. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period (typically 14 days from deposit).
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed. During active bonus play, maximum bet size is C$5 per spin or hand, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus wagering may result in bonus and winnings forfeiture.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus hunting strategies, or exploiting technical errors, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
6. Responsible Gambling
We provide a range of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. We encourage all players to use these tools to maintain healthy gambling habits.
Players who wish to self-exclude can do so via the account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. 8. Prohibited Activities

(c) Exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain. (d) Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or identity fraud. (e) Money laundering or use of the casino for any illegal purpose.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email with a minimum of 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
